We are delighted to announce the date for our open week in March – a time when parents of our future students get to look around our wonderful school and see what we have to offer.
It is always a pleasure to welcome visitors and we regularly open our doors for a range of events during the course of the year. The open week is a particularly enjoyable time because it is such an important step in helping parents reach a decision on the future path of their child’s education.
The week is always popular, giving parents the chance to view our facilities and see first-hand the high standards we are committed to. By opening for a full week we are also providing the flexibility and convenience for our visitors an open day fails to afford.
Our open week will run from March 4 and will conclude with our open day on Saturday, March 9. The week will also see our Sixth Form open evening taking place on Wednesday, March 6, and again gives the chance to get a comprehensive feel for what St. Dominic’s offers our older students.
Anyone wanting to attend any of these events is asked to contact the school by calling 01902 850248 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
St. Dominic’s continues to maintain its place as one of the top schools in the country and is currently ranked 33rd in The Sunday Times Schools Guide 2019 – the highests of any independent or grammar school in the area.
We also feature strongly in the Schools Performance Tables released recently by the Government. Those tables highlight St Dominic’s as performing extremely well in comparison to other independent and state schools. There are 73 schools within a 10-mile radius of St. Dominic’s and the school has been ranked in the top three in five categories.
