We are throwing open our doors again here at St. Dominic’s, welcoming guests to our latest open day on Saturday, October 12.
Headteacher, Mr McNabb, says: “We always look forward to our open days, occasions when we can show parents of prospective pupils our school and explain the advantages for children coming to St. Dominic’s.
“We have retained a very high ranking again this year in the national Sunday Times Schools Guide and had another exceptional year for exam results.
“St. Dominic’s prides itself on small class sizes and tailoring our learning programme to individual needs – something which is of particular interest to parents.
“Our open day guests are shown around by school ambassadors, current pupils who can give their own personal first-hand experience of what it’s like to be a student at St. Dominic’s.
“Guests get to see all of our very impressive facilities and hear about our ongoing academic and sporting achievements which we are very proud of.
“Applications for children to start their education at St. Dominic’s in September 2020 are now open and we are pleased to say we have reduced our fees to some of the most competitive available.
“For pupils starting in Year 7 next year, fees are just over £2,500 per term, making high-quality learning affordable to more people.”
The school is striving to provide outstanding facilities and teaching for children at the most affordable price possible. We cater for boys and girls aged between three and 18, and a report by the Independent Schools Inspectorate earlier this year concluded “inspectors could not think of a single way pupil development could be further improved”.
